We have Welsh Athletics trained run leaders who will keep you going with great advice and plenty of positivity, as well as a friendly group of members who love nothing more than to have a chatty run, then eat cake and drink coffee!

Pontypool Phoenix Runners is a social running group based in Pontypool. We run various distances and cater for all abilities- from complete beginner ,with our Couch to 5k programme, to experienced runners and everything in between. It is completely free to join the club, though we do charge a small fee to join Couch to 5k. Running is what we love and our aim is to encourage anybody who is interested to come along and give it a go!
